Meet the maker
Hi! My name is Gloria Grace, thank you so much for visiting Made with Grace.
I am an environmental scientist, whale nerd, dolphin defender, jeweller, crafty-person, and serial op-shopper.
I am a self-proclaimed Magpie and have always loved jewels, gemstones and anything that sparkles. When I was little I hoarded bits of old chain, jump rings and beads and would play around fixing jewellery (with a 50/50 success rate). In 2021 I finally made it official and signed up for a ring-making class. Unsurprisingly, I fell instantly in love and have been collecting and practicing traditional and experimental metalsmithing skills ever since.
My pieces make themselves, I love experimenting and letting the process of creation lead me to the final design. Jewellery is my absolute favourite form of self expression, it brings me a huge amount of joy to carry my treasures with me as I move through the world; it is a statement of who I am.
My goal is to make treasures that become a part of who you are, pieces that celebrate you, wearable art that tells your story.

Open Communication
Each of my pieces is created through play and experimentation, so the making process flows at pace with my creative energy. Sometimes this is fast, sometimes it takes a little longer. I will always do my best to keep communication about my capacity and delivery times honest and transparent.
Care for Earth
As a consumer of things, I am committed to making my practice as low-harm on our Earth as I possibly can. Environmental wellbeing is factored into all of my decision making and I am committed to constantly learning and exploring ways to make my supply chain, materials, making methods and distribution gentler on the planet.
Give back
It is important to me that my business contributes back to the communities and environments which make it possible. I will always do my best to ensure that my art is accessible and that a portion of profit is used to nurture people, animals and ecosystems in need.
