Refund policy

Refunds will only be considered if an item is received damaged and a repair or exchange is not suitable, I do not offer refunds for change of mind. If you receive your piece undamaged but are unhappy with it in any way, please get in touch so we can reach a mutually accepted solution. In these cases, an exchange or store credit may be offered.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless a product is received damaged or defective.
